Beyond Binary Connections

Come as you are to this bimonthly no-expectations social space for our transgender and non-binary community. Enjoy good food, board and card games, and chill conversation with others in the queer community. You are also welcome to bring a book to read or an art project to work on while quietly enjoying the company of other gender-diverse folks. Feel free to bring a game of your own to share or just hang out and chat!

Each meet-up will be at a different location, so sign up for our newsletter or watch this page. Masks are encouraged to keep our community safe! All ages are welcome to come (see Guidelines below). This space is led by our Good Vibes Fairy, Milo!

Fourth Thursday of each month from 2:30-5:30 pm, at the Redmond Library (Meeting room 1)

Meet Your Facilitator!

Milo Valentine

(He/Him/Él)

Milo Valentine (he/him/él) is a local autistic nonbinary trans guy who loves to play host and help people meet their community, which is why he’s been hosting Beyond Binary Connections since 2023. He loves music, crafts (especially kandi jewelry), math, and the Rocky Horror Picture Show. He is very passionate about the fact that, no matter if you’re outgoing and gregarious or shy and quiet, there IS a place in this community for you. In his free time, he is on all levels except physical a cat.

-This is a safe space for all. Any behavior that goes against the 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community will result in an individual being asked to leave.

-All ages are welcome, but we ask minors or other folks who are under legal guardianship be accompanied by a guardian or friend when attending this social event. Youth can be accompanied by another youth. Guardians, friends or caretakers don’t need to be transgender or non-binary.
