We specialize in a variety of areas, including mental health, special education/early intervention, birth and postpartum wellness planning, and child development. Our services also include expert guidance in resource and referral navigation, with a dedicated focus on LGBTQIA+ parents, Latinx/Spanish-speaking families, immigrant parents, and survivors of trauma. We’re here to empower you with the resources and support you deserve on your parenting journey. As an LGBTQ+ survivor parent myself, I understand how important it is to find a supportive, inclusive community.

At Trinity Pole Studio, our business is devoted to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive community where individuals of all identities can embrace their authentic selves through the art of pole and Boudoir Dance. I help people get better sleep, more stable emotions and relationships, and a healthier relationship with substances. Many of my clients identify as the "weirdos and nerds" of their communities and share a deep passion for personal growth and learning. With my lived experience in queer, polyamorous, and alternative communities, I understand how these identities shape life in ways that others might overlook. Heal with Crystal
She is an energy and sound healer. She offers sound baths, Reiki & Theta Healing as well as mediumship. Heal with Crystal is a newly out queer woman living in Kirkland. She wears her heart on her sleeve and uses radical vulnerability as her praxis. The postpartum and perinatal period also has a place in her heart and she offers support, guidance, and training to those going through what she also went through.
