Lore Counseling is a mental health and art therapy practice committed to providing personalized and compassionate care to each client. About the Therapist: The lead therapist at Lore Counseling, Bridget, is a licensed professional with a background in various therapeutic approaches. Bridget is dually licensed as an art therapist and clinical mental health counselor and has specialized training in evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed care. Bridget is dedicated to helping clients navigate their mental health journeys with empathy and collaboration.

Session Breakdown: Lore Counseling provides virtual sessions as well as walk-and-talk/outdoor therapy (in Issaquah or Snoqualmie). We do not have a brick-and-mortar office at this time.

The therapeutic approach at Lore Counseling is client-centered, with each session tailored to address individual concerns and goals. Techniques include strength-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral interventions, mindfulness exercises, and other evidence-based practices. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, relational issues, or personal development, Lore Counseling supports each client every step of the way.

Cost & Insurance Policy: Lore Counseling is committed to making mental health services accessible and affordable. We ensure full transparency regarding financial responsibilities. Lore Counseling does not accept insurance at this time. However, many insurance companies offer reimbursement for therapy services (contact your provider directly to learn about your policy). We also offer sliding scale for those that do not have out-of-network benefits, are underinsured, or uninsured.
