oct 11, 2026: Exercise and relax
with bobbi
NOTE: This gathering is for those with lived experience as members of historically minoritized racial groups (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) If you do NOT share this lived experience, please consider attending other Pride Across the Bridge affinity groups such as GenX Queer Coworking and Beyond Binary Connections instead.
For this month’s Queer & Trans People of Color meetup, Bobbi will be leading us through some light exercises for relaxation.
Participating in the exercises is optional. There will be coloring sheets and fidget toys for those who want to sit and relax. Bring drinks/snacks to share!
Location:
Together Center
16305 NE 87th St Suite 110
Redmond, WA 98052
Note: We are meeting in the lounge at the back of the building. Together Center doors are locked on weekends. Go around to the south end of the building and someone will let you in. Call Blake at 425-520-5492 or Jack at 562-980-5211 If you can’t find the group.

Guidelines & Info
This is a safe space for 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. To maintain this community safety, we ask that attendees observe the following:
- Keep names and identities of other attendees confidential.
- Hold respectful space for people whose identities and experiences are different from yours
- This is a public space, we hope you will connect with others and build friendships, but please use good judgment when asking for or giving out contact information.
- Respect the boundaries of other participants in sharing details about their identities or personal information.
- Minors may not share contact information, including socials, with adult participants.
- Avoid making negative generalizations. Focus on your specific lived experience. Ex: “All librarians hate cheese” (negative generalization, not true.) “Two librarians I know hate cheese” (true, specific to your experience, leaves room in the world for cheese loving librarians.)
- Language or conduct that is unwelcoming to 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities will not be tolerated. Anyone behaving in a way that is harmful to others will be asked to leave.
- All ages are welcome, but we ask minors or other folks who are under legal guardianship be accompanied by a guardian or friend when attending the social event. Youth can be accompanied by another youth.
Help us bring you future events tailored to your interests by filling out our community survey!
We are thrilled to partner with Eastside for All for this needed space!
