LGBTQIA+ Self Defense Class It can be petrifying to find yourself in a situation where you need to protect yourself but you don't know what to do. Learn how to protect yourself, de-escalate threatening scenarios, and respond in a dangerous situation. Ariel Gliboff, the creator of  The Emotional Abuse Discussion, will be teaching this trauma-informed self-defense class at Redmond's inclusive Enso Center.
