Volunteer Role Highlights! 

PAB Pride 2026 – Route Ranger! 

Help vendors navigate our one-way load-in and load-out route during PAB Pride. The main goals of this role are the following:

• Keep traffic moving safely – Guide vendors along the one-way load-in/out route and prevent congestion.
  Provide directions and quick help – Answer vendor questions and point them where they need to go.
  Maintain Safety – Monitor the route to prevent accidents or unsafe situations, both for pedestrians and vehicles.

Time Commitment: Event day (September 5th)

• Shift One: 8:30AM – Noon or
• Shift Two: 4:30PM – 6:45PM

What Does the Process Look Like?

Each opportunity includes a brief description and has a corresponding detailed document outlining responsibilities and expectations, created to ensure clarity and transparency.

Application Process and Training

All prospective volunteers meet with the Volunteer Coordinator (in person or by video) to discuss the role, as well as Pride Across the Bridge’s mission and values. Volunteer assignments and onboarding are finalized by the Volunteer Coordinator and PAB Board. Once both parties agree to move forward, the onboarding process begins, with clear steps and expectations tailored to each role.

• Release and Waiver of Liability
